Stayed here for 4 nights for a family trip. Pros: I liked that there's a shuttle to Universal studios. Even if you miss the 8am shuttle, you can always walk over; takes about 25-30 mins walk if you don't stop to admire CityWalk. Shuttle comes back to hotel 5:30 and 8:15pm from CityWalk. There's no shuttle to epic from hotel but you can always take hotel shuttle to CityWalk and take epic shuttle bus. Breakfast is standard: eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes etc. Staff are nice and tries their best to help you. If you don't have a car, there's a few restaurants like 10-15min walk from hotel that's pretty decent. Cons: the sink in our room was slow. Toilet was somewhat slow to flush and when we turned off the shower, you hear lingering dripping water. I mentioned it to front desk and they sent someone to fix it while we were out. But I think they just fixed the sink issue instead. No toothbrush given but I think you can ask front desk for it. (we brought our own toothbrush) The ac in the room was OK. It'll turn on for a few mins and turn off before turning back on randomly. Overall it's a decent place to stay to recharge. We were out mostly for the whole day so we only came back to the hotel to sleep. It's a decent location and I thought it was quiet too.

Just a place to lay our head after Halloween Horror Night. Close to Universal parks. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only compliant was in the morning when I woke up there was tiny little sugar ants crawling on the nightstand by my phone.

Très bien. Mais pas si proche d’universal !

Hôtel qui a quelques années mais très bien entretenu. Propre et calme, personnel très sympathique. Juste pas si proche d’universal ! N’imaginez pas y aller à pied avec des enfants. Nous avons pris la voiture ce qui n’était pas prévu. Hormis cela tout est bien

Let’s just have Fun, it’s Orlando!

Everything was exceptional! Things that need to be considered: A bigger area for breakfast and a separate reception area with quiet seating and no television exhibiting continual depressing world news. Folks are all specifically to enjoy a getaway or family vacation, not carry issues.

A solid place, will recommend

Overall, the stay was pleasant, with the Universal Studio as our main attraction. The hotel is 40 minutes WALK from the Universal studio; I talked to someone at the hotel before reserving and I was told 10-15 mins walk. No big deal, as the hotel offers a shuttle to Universal at 8 am and back at 5 and 8 pm. And Uber and Lyft are around $7 one way to Universal. Their beds are comfortable, the place is clean, the hot breakfast was very generous until 10 am which is unheard of. Loved it and would stay again.
