Stayed here for 4 nights for a family trip.
Pros: I liked that there's a shuttle to Universal studios. Even if you miss the 8am shuttle, you can always walk over; takes about 25-30 mins walk if you don't stop to admire CityWalk. Shuttle comes back to hotel 5:30 and 8:15pm from CityWalk. There's no shuttle to epic from hotel but you can always take hotel shuttle to CityWalk and take epic shuttle bus.
Breakfast is standard: eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes etc.
Staff are nice and tries their best to help you.
If you don't have a car, there's a few restaurants like 10-15min walk from hotel that's pretty decent.
Cons: the sink in our room was slow. Toilet was somewhat slow to flush and when we turned off the shower, you hear lingering dripping water. I mentioned it to front desk and they sent someone to fix it while we were out. But I think they just fixed the sink issue instead. No toothbrush given but I think you can ask front desk for it. (we brought our own toothbrush)
The ac in the room was OK. It'll turn on for a few mins and turn off before turning back on randomly.
Overall it's a decent place to stay to recharge. We were out mostly for the whole day so we only came back to the hotel to sleep.
It's a decent location and I thought it was quiet too.
