The hotel was in good condition. My biggest concern was the bed mattress was not very comfortable. Otherwise we stayed there three nights and it was a pleasant stay.

After driving all day it was a pleasure to stay there. We got take out from the restaurant in the hotel to eat in our room, burgers were good too!

The property is nice, and it's in a convenient location. Being pet-friendly was a big plus. My only complaint is there seemed to be a lot of petty charges that I think should be included, like coffee in the lobby and water bottles in the room. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable with good service.

We got stuck in Raleigh after a long transatlantic flight and need somewhere to stay for the night. I picked this place because they listed airport shuttle and room service (we were arriving late and had just gotten off a 10 hour flight and wanted to be able to get something to eat). I called the hotel to find out where to get the shuttle and they told me the driver called off. Do we had to pay for a uber. Got to the hotel at 9:30 and they told us the Resturant closed at 10 and do did room service. Also the Resturant had a limited menu. We were told it was because of the time. We’re both vegetarian so there wasn’t much to eat. They also informed us that they didn’t have a driver for the morning either and that we would have to take another uber. The next morning I called the front deft at 5am and asked them to call us a cab. They told me they don’t know how…. The lady at the font desk reimbursed us $15 to cover the $40 we spent in uber fees. This place isn’t a Hilton, it’s a motel 6 at best…..

the internet was out or slow when I arrived so took a very long time to check in. Once getting to my room I noticed there were no towels. I called the front desk and someone brought up two small towels when I unfolded them I noticed they were just bath mats and had to call again for basics that should be in the room. lotions that were mounted to the wall were falling out.

The hotel was great. I requested a handicapped room and i got exactly what i ordered. The staff was so friendly. We were able to check in early and go see the sights in the area.

Extremely firm, uncomfortable bed. Pillows and bedding were both rather disappointing.
