設備老舊了些,但是以個人旅行以地點為主的我,基本上是沒有問題的!櫃檯的先生很熱情,可讓我寄放幾個小時的行李就值得了

非常老舊的飯店,不推薦
離火車站距離算近,但是非常老舊的飯店,設施也很老舊,浴室的設計不太優,早餐選擇很少。基本上火車站附近的旅館很多,價位也差不多,下次我會選擇住別間飯店。

Poor Services
The hotel facilities are acceptable but the counter services are poor!!! The services attitude is unacceptable and unhelpful! We were overcharged by a private shuttle car services which arranged by the Hotel and they were unhelpful to us on complaining the agent but blaming us to overpaid the agent without informed them. (While I informed them afterward, they said that I can say whatever amount I want! Seems that I cheated for money). In such condition, all my family was in the car and no hotel staff nearby, it was unreasonable to do what the Hotel said. So disappointed on the follow up action (actually NO follow up) of the Hotel and the awful business trick of Rome!

In fact, there is no air condidtion although the hotel claims it has air condition. The shower is really bad. The temperature of water cannot be controlled. Water is running suddenly very hot and suddenly ice cold.

Çok büyük yenilenme ihtiyacı var
Otel, termini (termini 50 metre çapındaki bölge tekin yer değil otel bu sınırın dışında Allahtan) ve republica metro ve tren istasyonlarına çok yakın, her yere ulaşımı kolay yürüyerek pek çok turistik noktaya ulaşırsınız. Otelin önünde yol üstü otopark alanı da var . Rezerve yapamıyorlar şansımız yaver gitti biz yer bulduk. Çalışanlar özveriyle uğraşıyor ve ilgililer ancak otel mobilyaları inanılmaz eski çok eski, banyoda duşakabin yenilenmiş klozetler lavabo çok eski çok. Isınma ve gürültü problemi yaşamadık. Herhangi bir talep ile bulunmamıza rağmen İkinci gün odaya geldiğimizde temizlik yapıldığını, çarşafların vs değiştiğini gördük . Kahvaltı çeşidi eh işte. Standı da olmamasına rağmen Peyniri her seferinde biz istedik onlar da getirdi. Sonuç olarak ucuza gittiğimiz otelden beklentimin biraz altında manzarayla karşılaştım . Eğer mobilya ve tuvalet bölümü yenilenirse otele gayet yüksek puan veririm.

Omg where do I start, never been so disappointed in a hotel in my life. We arrived and the room was supposed to be clean and ready. We walked in and wouldn't sleep on the sheets as the room was so dirty. We complained to the desk that someone left an old suitcase in the room but they didn't care. The dust was so thick. The place was so gross never again would I ever think or send anyone there. Please take them off your list my friends took pictures of the grossness. To pay over 1000 dollars for 3 nights was the biggest waste. I just can't believe the filth.

Liked-location i.e. close to Termini and most local attractions. Disliked-hotel itself. Breakfast-Only cold breakfast offered but figured out much later only at breakfast. No refund given on card. Choices inadequate at breakfast. Room-fly in room; bit children; no solution offered despite informing hotel. Asked for extra pillows for all; only 1 given. Bathroom door lock broken; shower in wrong direction; no place to stand; no running hot water; had to hold switch continuously; extremely painful. Commode cover broken. Air conditioner control only with reception. Should not be listed on Expedia.

BEDBUGS BEDBUGS BEDBUGS
This is the absolute worst experience I've had with a hotel. It started with the ac not working and the the electricity went out and came back 3 or 4 times and our room, didn't have wifi for the afternoon until the next day. And the hotel staff came to our room and checked out that it wasn't working and confirmed it and called the wifi company to come to fix it and no one came. Then finally they themselves somehow after I got upset in front of people checked in they magically fix it themselves. They just keep telling me to sit in the lobby to use the wifi. Then we found bedbugs in the bed. And the only thing the very very rude staff did was change the sheets. I contacted hotell.com they helped us with emailing the manager and trying to get us a refund because we wanted to leave after that. The next day the manager comes in and started arguing with us and keeps on calling me a lair because apparently I lied that the wifi wasn't working and then I didn't apparently want to resolve the bedbug issue and then the staff checked us out without us knowing whikes we were talking to hotels.com trying to figure out what to do and tolds to leave without a resolution and we had to involve the police to get ethiter a room or a refund. The manger is the worst and he keept on making fun of us in other languages and called me and my mother crazy and lairs to other customers. Don't waste your money and sanity on this nightmare.

There was no minibar in the room. Air-conditioning device had no remote control inside the room. Breakfast with limited options and low quality food. Hotel main entrance has no handicap ramp for the luggages and wheelchair. etc.
