La ubicación es perfecta en pleno distrito financiero, a 2 cuadras de la estación de metro. Tienen un supermercado cerca que es el jubilee que tiene muy buenos precios respecto a otros. Es un poco ruidoso debido a que hay un edificio en reparación al costado. Lo malo que tiene es que ninguno del personal de recepción habla español lo que hace que sea un poco dificultosa la comunicación. La habitación muy completa. El colchón no era bueno y se hundía haciendo un poco incómodo el descanso.

The room was clean when we first entered, but only the bed linens and towels are changed during subsequent cleanings. I expected it to be vacuumed and mopped periodically.

No soap to wash hands in bathrooms. Room was clean, bathrooms could’ve been cleaned better. The bathroom lotion was already opened along arrival.

Apartamento perfecto para estancia de 6 personas que ha sido nuestro caso. Muy moderno y con todas las necesidades para pasar una estancia en Nueva York de varios días. Muy espacioso y bien ubicado. Facilidad para hacer el check-in y dejar las maletas en nuestra salida. Tan solo habría que mejorar la insonorización de las habitaciones. En nuestro caso se oía perfectamente el ascensor y a los otros vecinos. También, hay un sonido de ventilación en las habitaciones que es algo molesto. Por lo demás, muy recomendable con muchos servicios cerca y la azotea incluida.

Okay Stay

Clean; lighting needs to be switched to warm throughout instead of cool, which is too bright; mattress too firm — like a brick; noisy due to construction outdoors.

The apartment is spacious and nice. We only had a tv in the living room. There was not one in our bedroom. Whenever we went to use the sink in the bathroom the water got backed up in the sink and the same thing when you took a shower. When we took a shower we basically had a full tub full of water by the end of the shower. I didn’t feel clean after my shower. The light in our bedroom has a short in it so it would randomly go out or come on. There was a huge party outside our room at night. Too loud for what I’m paying. There should not be issues like this with an apartment/hotel.

This is where the tv should’ve been in our bedroom 😩
