During my visit, I encountered some challenges with my reservation that led to an interaction with the staff and particulary the hotel manager. There is an opportunity for further training in customer service for that team, particularly in handling reservation issues. Effective communication in these situations is crucial, and with additional training, the staff could better manage such scenarios, ensuring guests feel valued and understood.I felt like I and my daughter were repremanded by the hotel manager. He must have had a very bad day. We will not stay at this location in the future.
