The first room smelled like cigarettes & weed. Bedding was dirty. Had to remind the staff i requested handicapped accessible. Got moved to another room. 2nd room had foot prints on the sheets and the smoke detector was ripped off the wall.

The staff was horrible he charged me 20 extra plus 100 deposit the twenty was for me to check on an half hour before check in but it wasn't on receipt so he just pocketed I'm guessing but I didn't stay there but 2 hours and we left it was not like advertised so they an extra day pay for free total waste of money ruined our plans and never again plus there homeless everywhere sorry

Confrontational staff at the roach motel

Check in was a nightmare, dealing with the hotel receptionist was very rude and I was not informed about the hundred dollar deposit I would have to put up for my stay. Every aspect of the hotel was dirty the bathroom, the bedsheets, the floor, the sink, the mirror the property. Had difficulty finding my room hotel receptionist was no help provided confusing instructions, did not feel like a welcome guest more like a backhanded transaction.

Got deposit held because they said holes were from Andrew. He had a very small over night bag. And he left quickly because he was very ill.

It was okay for one night. There was homeless roaming around. The people that actually lived in the motel were loud & screaming. The bed sheets looked like they weren’t clean. We found a roach in the bathroom. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again!

Setup for deposit failure

Was charged $50 deposit at registration. Room 109 reaked of skunk weed and had no wash clothes, hand towels or bath towels. Seems like I was setup for losing my deposit.

This location did not honor my reservation and gave away the 2 rooms i had payed for and booked prior. They failed in providing proper notice, and the staff told me to "find somewhere else to go". The location is refusing to refund my booking thru Expedia leading Expedia to give me a "sorry cant process the refund" absolutely terrible experience overall.

This place was dirty. Cigarette burns everywhere. Check in guy was rude. Dirty pillows, and sheets. They closed breakfast way early. I have a service guy and the employee asked me, what disability i have my dog for. Even though i had an id card for him. The room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. Do not book a room here.
