Have stayed here multiple times while traveling back and forth form OR to AZ and back. Has everything we need and accommodates for our dog. We have been able to stay on the first floor in a junior suite and the extra room is nice. Room is a bit outdated but was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing the 2nd TV was set up with ROKU and we couldn't figure out how to get it back to regular TV. Front office staff wasn't really helpful with that. Good location for food and gas stations.

Was a 4 1/2 hr drive from home to Klamath Falls. In Susanville, Ca the road to Klamath Falls was totally closed to traffic due construction and would not reopen until 4pm that afternoon. We could not make it to Klamath Falls for another 2 and 1/2 hours after the road reopened at 4pm. So we sought accommadations in another community that we could travel to and attempted to cancel the reservation in Klamath Falls. The clerk answering the phone refused to believe us and refused to communicate in a rational way. We were not able to cancel that reservation. Unfortunately that is one of our favorite places to stay when we make the trip from Ca to Oregon. We won't be booking there again.

Of our week long drive from Mexico to Canada this was the absolute best stay. Excellent all round from the fabulous thick and luxurious towels in the bathroom to the wonderful staff and location. Top shelf service and facility for a very reasonable price. Will be looking for More Shilo Inn Suites to stay in on our next trip.

Room was clean, bed was too soft for my taste so woke up with a very sore back. Breakfast was just so-so. Pre-packaged items with no fruit or healthier options so just ok.

I think their pet fee is a bit high (as some hotels have a price per stay). Also, the front door mechanism is broken and doors are difficult to open. Finally, with the new ownership the breakfast buffet has been reduced to a small "grab and go" area near the lobby.
