Room reeked of cigarette smoke, I had to get my key rekeyed like 4 times and after working all night I should not have to do this on my second night of a four night stay. I only stay here because it is close to the hospital that I am contracted with. I am a front line worker. Not every room has a refrigerator and microwave. The shower rod is loose, loose socket covers, the room won’t stay cold. I had to turn it down to 60 in order to make it comfortable and cool.

Wasn't bad until they cancelled my reservation, threw me out for absolutely no reason, & tried to keep my money. Was booking the room for music fest that important? No.

I canceled this booking with the hotel clerk. I was issued a refund however, the money still came out of my account three times. I am still waiting on a refund. Don’t book here.

Stay was good. The room had a little bit of a cleaning chemical smell but it was fine. The bed was uncomfortable but clean. All and all if we ever go to Memphis again that would probably be one of the choices to stay

This place needs to be closed. There was a bullet hole in the window & curtain, it smelled, toilet seat & blankets had cigarettes burns, the walls were filthy, the room door had gaps in it, tv remote had no back on it, the beds were extra loud with some kind of metal base, the baseboards were hanging off, shower rod not attached to the wall, outlets barely worked, lampshade missing. We got in at about 3am after being on the road for hours so of course it was too late to try to find somewhere else to stay. We checked the beds which surprisingly didn’t have bed bugs, slept on top of the sheet & got the hell out of there early the next morning. I’ve never seen nothing like it in my life.
