Spent a night here and I did experienced a symphony of the night for the whole night in the room. As a 4 star hotel which charge you more than €100 per night, the sound resistence of the room is a total joke. The hotel locates very closed to the commercial area in Nice and with many bars and restaurants around it. Our room has been arranged at 4th floor, facing the street side. When we first entered the room in the afternoon, we have already noticed that the sound from the street(even the talk between people) can be heard in the room but we thought maybe at night it will turn better(which is quite the opposite, it turns into a total nightmare). The first chapter of the symphony starts at 23:00, when we were back from dinner and get ready to bed, what I can say is that this is when I really felt the "lively spirit" of the street, all the music and laughter in the bar, I could already experience every moment with them in the room. Then it pushed to another level when it passed midnight, the music turned louder and more sensational, people now with enough alcohol and the heat turned up even more, shouting and whistle composed the second chapter of the symphony. The third chapter begins with the closing hour of bar, but this is the section which lasts longer than any others. All the drunkens chatting, cursing, shouting and fighting maybe on the street and a massive beat from the motor engines is something you can't miss. We had two rooms booked, both had bodyhair in the bathroom floors once we arrived. Askel for the process to get settled in private beach and reception said just go there, you get all there, no costs. Turns out you only get towel and you pay for the sunbeds in hotel private beach. This was nowhere mentioned and also the ftont desk staff could not explain this. Felt like being scammed. They have bunch of different items listed with price but no mentioning of the sunbed prices. Front desk checked with the manager and promised to get back on this. Waited but no one came. Zero customer service and no clear policies. Rooms are very small. Rooms facing sea and front entrance are very loud in the evenings. If you want a good night sleep dont choose this hotel. Wifi very slow. My dads modem 15 years ago would be doing better. I would give 0 stars but the airconditioning was working nicely so thats is why 1 star.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Beau Rivage, perfectly located just one street away from the beautiful beach, an ideal spot for enjoying the best of the French Riviera. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A special mention goes to Juliana at reception, who was exceptionally warm, helpful, and welcoming. Her friendly nature and local knowledge made our stay even more enjoyable. All the staff were lovely and attentive throughout our visit. Highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location, excellent service, and charming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff were friendly and location was very convenient. However, the hotel is very outdated. The blowdryer was so old it was practically unusable. Coffee machine did not work and shot out coffee everywhere but into the cup. Air condition barely worked at all and the room was hot and muggy. Carpet felt dirty. The hotel is located right next to an outdoor concert venue so it was unbearably loud every night of the weekend until 1am at least. I would not stay here again

Jättebra hotell. Fint när man kommer in och jättebra mottagande. Det jag reagerade på var golvet i hissen, det var fult gjort. Det gjorde att jag tänkte att det behöver renoveras. De sa att våning 1och 2 var renoverade, vi önskade och fick högst upp (4). Det var ok men det behöver fixas till. Bästa hotell man kan tänka sig i Nice när det gäller läge och service. Hade vi fått ett renoverat rum hade vi gråtit för vi var tvungna att åka vidare.

The hotel was in a great location. Close enough to the action but quite enough to enjoy. Beach was beautiful as was the lounge on the beach. Breakfast was delicious. However our bathroom needed a major update.
