Great staff, facility is getting rundown.

Staff was great and friendly, but the facilities need some serious TLC. Multiple machines at breakfast were out of order both days and the AC unit in our room was breaking making an ungodly racket when running. Had to keep the AC off in the middle of this summer's heat wave to get any sleep. The front desk guy came up to check it out the next day and immediately said "oh wooow" upon entering. Of course the maintenance guy had already left and the place was fully booked so nothing he could do. This is in addition to the apparent makeup stains smeared on the headboard of the bed and the cigarette butts all over the indoor stairway and the ONE elevator for the entire hotel that felt like it was going to plummet to your death at any moment from all the jerking and squeaking it did. All in all won't be staying here again if I can help it without some major renovations.

Just a place to stay...

Colored man was smoking a joint not 30 feet from front doors. Older hotel & could use updates. Definitely dated, pool was cool & hot tub almost too hot, no regular bubble action & little flow. Bed has impression feel of where people lay all the time. Breakfast was fair, very simple & basic.

I suppose you get what you pay for. The price was cheap, but every time I unfolded a “clean” towel, hair that wasn’t mine fell out. The sound proofing was bad—kept us awake with foot pounding above us. The bathroom in room was very small. The breakfast was not stocked well on a Saturday morning. They ran out of coffee, juice, and waffle mix constantly. The poor staff were working out of a closet nowhere near the cafe to dine. They had to “cook” the “hot breakfast” in microwaves near the bedroom hallways. The temp when we were there was definitely hot outside, but the A/C could not keep up with the humidity. The pool was actually hot. Probably 95 degrees in the pool. Like warm bath water. Not refreshing on a hot day at all. We were not impressed. We should have paid the extra few bucks to stay at the Hilton nextdoor.

We had a fine stay. The beds were a little firmer than i am used to. They did not have any handrails in the tub/shower. When i called this past Fri and Sat to discuss location, the front desk gentleman was very nice and heloful.

So we picked this hotel for it's location and it was budget friendly. The pool and hottub worked. Check in was easy. We had reserved two rooms. Ours was on the 1st floor and the other was on the 4th floor. Thursday was very relaxing, we had just drove 7 hrs so it was much needed. Great time at the pool on the first day, which was Thursday and the only day we could get in to swim, before it became packed with the holiday weekend guests. Then it just gradually got worse the next 3 days of our stay. The only pictures I got, were the ones as we were packing up and leaving. Our room's temp was not regulated, it was chilly then hot, we couldnt get a good temp going. The inside hatch lock on door was loose and didnt close properly, and the screws were gone off the bottom door latch, which was brought to the front desk employee, who noted it for the service man who was coming in on Tues. So, my husband had to fix it himself in order to close the door. No other rooms available. I have insulin, our mini fridge was not keeping it cold enough so I had to keep our cooler in our room and kept filling it with ice. We ended up buying our own kuerig because the tiny mini k cup maker just wasn't working for the both of us. Both our beds were incredibly squeaky. We had to hold the toilet lever down when we flushed. The breakfast pic is for two adults to share each plate. So it was 1 egg per adult and each either sausage or yogurt then a muffin or a yogurt. Breakfast was a joke! Very empty!

Dirty Room

First room was very dirty. Looked clean but sheets were very dirty on bed, fecal matter on toilet seat. Changed rooms and the second one was better. Pool chemicals were way off as it burned your eyes.
