Check in was very easy, staff was very courteous and spoke english well. Room is very nice and clean, comfy bed, desk. As promised through a porthole window it had a view of the forum and another window. AC worked well! Bar at the rooftop pool was very nice with a hip ambiance a great drink selection and wine selection. The hotel breakfast was truly wonderful with many local bakery products, really a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay. You cant get much closer to the colosseuq either maybe a 5 min walk.

Room was small, weird design with an enormous column running through the room. Can only assume this is a structural thing? Odd for a modern building.
