We have stayed here often, least favorite stay. The main hall was dirty, visible trash on the floor. Our room had a weird air freshener smell to it.

We travel alot with & without kids.. so there's alot we look for in a hotel!!! Safety..cleanliness ...friendly staff....The staff was absolutely amazing!! Everyone we encountered was cheerful and greeted us with a smile and was so incredibly helpful! Location was perfect great restaurants within walking distance! The parking lot was well lit for Safety coming and going late! Wasn't right downtown but close enough to get to everything quick!!! 10 out of would recommend & will stay there again!!!

Pet-friendly, wonderful beds and pillows, great amenities ( especially the makeup remover). Front desk clerk was awesome - gave us a great suggestion for dinner.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff was rude and unprofessional, the room and common areas were not clean, and to make matters worse, they made a serious mistake by checking me out a full day earlier than my actual reservation. This caused unnecessary stress and completely ruined my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

Passing through

Traveling through and stayed for 1 night. Room was ready, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Check in was fast and easy. Hot coffee available in the lobby was welcomed. Breakfast was tasty with many options. I thought it was wonderful that the hotel has an employee to dish out breakfast on Sunday. Elaine was kind and accommodating. Having an employee plate the food ensured that the food area was clean and not contaminated. I’m impressed! The bathroom could have been cleaner and needs an update. Room was clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable nights sleep.

Our go to place

This is our go to when we are in Knoxville. Their staff is always really nice and it is always very clean. We also appreciate it even though it’s in the middle of Knoxville it’s not in the middle of all the traffic and everything else

Perfect for a night out. Was quiet, no issues with the room, and easy check in/out. I slept almost until 1100 (checkout) so I cannot comment on the breakfast. But the area looks clean when I check in and check out. Will stay again.
