The only thing was the noise; we wanted to sleep early but as there was live music in the neighboring pub, it was rather noisy until 23:00."

Fabulous facilities all around and of course the Jurassic Park is an extra special place, especially for kids who love dinosaurs! So much to do without being fleeced at every turn. "The staff and location and facilities at the hotel were excellent. We had a garden suite room which was very comfortable. The only minor issue was the cold water tap in the bathroom didn’t supply any cold water instead it was lukewarm. "

"No lift, which wasn't stated on the website. The front door was locked after midnight and sometimes you had to wait ages for the night porter to open it. The breakfast was lovely though with lots of different options "
