The common areas were very nice- breakfast great!

The pool and hot tub were cleaner than many hotels. Hot tub jets were so loud ear plugs needed. Breakfast was very good! Room was spacious with fold out couch (no sheets on it so not really useful). Room sleeps 4 but towels for 3. Very few lights, and light switches that didnt turn things on. For the price we expected the room to not have hair on the walls in bathroom and door knobs that were falling off or loose on most doors. The beds were relatively comfortable. Oddly, there was candy in the hall when we arrived on the floor that was not seen by any staff including the cleaning crew even the next day.

Would stay again.

The hotel was great for the price. The bed was up to Hilton standards in comfort. The free breakfast was edible but not great. Lots of families staying and the pool was never empty. The bartender was friendly and attentive.

Great stay better housekeeping.

The room was perfect the breakfast perfect. Housekeeping not so good!!!!!!! As far as getting trash picking up towels and getting them. I know it’s hard to fine people to to work. This is my only suggestion or slight complaint housekeeping needs to improve. The hotel staff amazing even the kitchen crew amazing.

I love the continental breakfast that is served, but what I love is how I inadvertently scheduled a stay, but put it for the wrong date, as I was present trying to book a room and inadvertently scheduled the wrong date. When they were contacted by this third party, they cancelled, and returned my money back to the card. That was ADMIRABLE!!!

Great price, front desk good, horrible hospitality

The front desk staff was good. No issues there. Housekeeping didn’t visit my room the entire 4 day stay. Any items I needed I had to go down stairs to ask for. The main reason I wanted to come was for the jacuzzi. We went to the pool Sunday at 11am and the jacuzzi was so filthy and dark I could not enter. The pool had many items floating in it and trash was around the pool area. The pool wasn’t cleaned until Monday morning. I was shocked to see how clean it looked the day of check out. The free breakfast was the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The kitchen staff was in their phones and mingling rather than attending to people trying to get food. The utensils were not clean and plastic wear was only available for one morning. They served eggs with no salt. We were told the salt shaker was broken. The hotel was peaceful it’s just the workers lack of effort did not make the stay a good experience
