Ok i know you get what you pay for but i still think i paid too much. First, computers down when I got there so couldn't check about 11pm after a long tiring day I had to wait. Then when i did check its only a 2 floor hotel with no elevator. I had to haul my luggage up 2 sections of steep steps. Rooms were better. Laminate flooring. I was so tired by that point i crashed. Then i left early Sat morning to go to son's graduation coming back at 8 pm to find my room key card did not work anymore. Had to go back down and up again after reactived . Sun i stayed as late as i could before check out because i wanted to go somewhere that didnt open until 11. So i took some stuff to my car (not all one trip bc of stairs) went back up to get suitcase and card did not work again at 1040 and checkout was at 11 but they said i probably didnt work because so close to check out. A bunch of bull. Also note the carpets in lobby, stairs and halls looked really dirty. Note bed very clean, towels as well. Just glad most of my time there was sleeping and getting a workout from those stairs

First the front customer service was amazing, they were very accommodating. That being said, the hotel definitely is in the older side. It needs a renovation. MY room was exceptionally clean. The halls are dark and the rugs have a weird smell. Breakfast they give you a brown bag. A lot of parking. It was inexpensive and we slept good and safe. Thats all I needed for 2 days.

My room with a king bed was given away. I received two double beds in a room that smelled like smoke. The shower was disgusting and dirty. There was supposed to be a microwave. There was none. I thought there was going to be a continental breakfast provided but it was just a bag with a juice and an apple. Definitely would not recommend this hotel cleanliness, smell and lack of service. I will never book here again and I travel to Pittsburgh a lot

Front desk person preoccupied and rude on arrival.Insisted on an unadvertised security deposit after room was paid for in full and I would have to wait for up to 2 weeks for my entitled refund. Breakfast included (as advertised) only to find it was lukewarm coffee. No food. A non-customer service attitude prevailed at checkout.
