DO NOT STAY HERE

I booked a 2 bedroom suite in January 2025 for an April 2025 stay. I arrived with my husband, my elderly mother and my mother-in-law who needs a wheelchair at noon on our check-in day. However, our room wasn't ready (which was no problem), the gentleman at the front desk asked me if I needed a ground level room due to my mother-in-law's wheelchair, at which time I said yes. We left and navigated the city and came back to the hotel around 8pm that night. When I attempted to check in, the girl at the counter advised me that our room was given away to someone else because they overbooked. On top of that, there were approximately 10 other people waiting in the lobby/restaurant area who didn't have room either. I believe most of them were waiting for sheets and blankets and were being told they could enter their rooms, but their beds wouldn't have linens. This was 8pm AT NIGHT!

Clean and comfortable but needs a refresher.

Formally a Residence Inn, now Sonesta ES, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Like a studio apartment. Would’ve expected a full refresher with the Sonesta take-over… still appeared to have the original carpet that was torn and tattered stepping in the bathroom. But bed was new and comfortable and room was very clean. Dead of winter and the HVAC worked well and was quiet, which is important to me. Hard to beat for the price in the Brentwood area and I’ll stay there again.

Weekend in Nash

Love the size of the room, location, friendly staff and that it’s dog friendly Property is a little out of date and needs some updates. Room Pillows were flat and didn’t smell very good so we went and bought new pillows but overall good for the price. Love the walking trail behind the hotel. Morning breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. Our daughter lives in Nash so we come here often and will probably stay here again

It's a great place as I would expect from my past experience with Sonesta in the Nashville area. The most important thing is that the service people are all great at treating the customers well. Not only did they attend to my needs and requests but they made recommendations I hadn't though of that were very useful.

The service was amazing however the quality and feeling safe in these suites was not. We booked a stay and we were welcomed with great service from check in. When going to our room, we were located in section 2 and it appeared that the stair case was detaching from the building, as the stairs are exterior. When getting into our room, I had observed that the phone cord had been cut, several items were broken in the room; this made me feel a little uneasy. The bathroom was completely filthy, and there was something smeared all over the walls. The very kind front desk lady offered to switch the room, but the second room she offered was no better. It had appeared as though the door had been kicked in or pried open and it was very loose near the deadbolt even when locked. Needless to say, we packed up our belongings and left due to the poor safety condition of the hotel.
