Comfortable stay in budget hotel

The hotel was clean and in a great location. Staff was very helpful. Conversing in English was a bit of challenge but we make it work. However for a budget hotel it felt expensive. The restroom was really small! Even planes have bigger toilets.

I’m extremely disappointed with this hotel, after staying there for two weeks and being so nice to them - even getting pizza from the front desk staff (which the manager did not even thank me for)… All I got was harassment from them - horrible customer service! They treated me very disrespectfully and the security guard asked if my friends were from Venezuela and that they could not come in?? I am sorry but paying for a hotel one deserves good treatment - and not being HARRASED by the front desk staff or the security guard that is homophobic and discriminatory towards foreigners! UNACCEPTABLE - will never stay here again.

As acomodações sao muito boas, o que pra mim faltou foi um microondas a disposição dos hospedes como encontramos em todos os outros ibis budget do mundo que fomos. No box do chuveiro devia ter um aviso do piso escorregadio, ele desliza bastante, possibilitando quedas graves. E por fim, secador emprestado pra hospede ser pago, e em dinheiro, também novidade pra mim que costumo usar a rede ibis budget.

Boa acomodação

Achei a acomodação bem pequena e os espaços pouco aproveitados, pois não tinha armários ou gavetas para guardar as coisas, apenas um cabideiro com 4 cabides. Com o banheiro dividido em 2 ambientes, a parte seca é pequena para quem tem um porte maior. A vista era perfeita, para o Sky Costaneira e Cordilheiras. Gostamos da cama e do aquecedor que era silencioso. A limpeza diária é bem feita e a moça bem simpática. O café da manhã é bem básico, não tem muitas opções, porém cumpre o seu papel, além de oferecerem o serviço de embalar para levá-lo nos passeios, quando agendado. No geral gostamos muito dos colaboradores e atendimentos... são bem cordiais e se esforçam para ajudar.

Passei calor. O ar condicionado somente funcionava na funcao inverno, ou seja, quente. Quando fui na recepacao perguntar como regulava para esfriar o ar, me informaram que por ser inverno o ar de todos os quartos nao funcionavam com a funcao de resfriar. Sendo que o quarto ficou quentissimo. Nao consegui dormir por duas diarias devido ao calor, pois mesmo estando no inverno, santiafo estava fazendo calor e o quarto quentissimo de voce ficar suado.
