Excellent value for the cost of a Queen room. Staff were attentive, helpful and parking underground secure with gated access. The room was clean, well stocked with towels, tea/coffee and a modest breakfast was complimentary.

It is beside a homeless shelter , the girl at the front desk was telling me that at night the homeless are trying to open all the cars door that are parked in their parking lot behind the hotel I was feeling so uncomfortable that I left as fast a i got there….

We have stayed here several times during various renovations. While it does not look like much from the outside, the rooms are nice, clean, and modern. Since they also include a breakfast and often $100 or more less than the nearby Delta or Hilton they are our goto when we need a room.
