Excellent hotel with very comfortable accommodations. The room was spacious and cozy, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the quality of the bed linen was outstanding. Breakfast was absolutely spectacular, with a great variety and excellent quality. The location is also fantastic, close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

2/10 欠佳

I'm in the midst of a multi-week trip through Ireland and the UK. I've stayed at eight hotels in the last 11 days. This was absolutely the worst. The staff were unaccommodating, brusque, and wrong. Numerous mistakes were made with our reservations for multiple rooms. The charges were excessive. Penalties were levied. I have never been so badly treated in my entire life, having traveled over 4 million miles worldwide. I would avoid this place like the plague. Just to give you one idea, they charged over £650 a night to stay and then added £21 per day to "tip the staff." If you want to pay your staff an additional £21 per day, take it out of your room rate. Don't have a hidden tax per night for your guests.

This property is spectacular!! A few steps to The Horse Guards , yet quietly tucked away from any noise. We stayed at many properties throughout London, and this is by far the most affordable historical elegance you will find. When we are staying with friends in London, we always stop in for coffee in the morning or a nightcap in the evening. This past weekend when we stayed, we were so impressed with everything about this hotel..

Great location with lovely rooms and a great bar / restaurant. Nice welcome on the door but the main staff, whilst efficient, could be slightly warmer in their approach. Not bad, just not quite there.
