Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Gepflegte Anlage, sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Riesiges Frühstücksbuffet, tolle Auswahl. Vielleicht noch 2 bis 3 vegane Alternativen wie Humus oder ein Gemüseaufstrich , aber ansonsten fantastische Auswahl . 2 schöne Poolanlagen. Man hört zwar an Strand und am Pool jeweils etwas die Straße. Es läuft daher in beiden Bereichen immer Musik über Lautsprecher. Glücklicherweise dezent und angenehme Hintergrundmusik. Es wäre trotzdem toll, wenn am Pool der weiter oben in der Anlage liegt keine Musik laufen würde, damit man dort mal ganz un Ruhe liegen könnte. Aber das ist auch schon der einzige Kritikpunkt. Uns hat es insgesamt sehr gut gefallen !

Fantastiskt hotell, synd bara att det finns absolut ingenting att göra runt hotellet, skal du till Atens eller runt på andra sidan så måste du antingen hyra bil eller taxi. Det finns ingen möjlighet att ta dig runt med buss eller dylikt. Passar dig som bara vill ligga och chilla på en strand i en vecka. Maten är helt okej, helst resturangen vid havet, på hotellet så finns det en buffe som är helt ok.

Poor customer service, awful smell from bathroom drain, which I complained but never got fixed. We booked superior room with sea view for two nights but the room was located on first floor above main lobby, with a lot of traffic and loud speaking people. I got the option for another room but with barely any view. All in all not a pleasant stay. Not recommended.

3 star hotel for max 1 night

Booked a superior room with ocean view, but was checked into a room with pool view and a lizard in the bathroom. When I asked to be moved, the receptionist wanted to move us to a smaller deluxe room with no view at all claiming there are no other rooms. The receptionist said the lizard is good luck and that we should keep the first room. Upon refusing we finally received a superior room but with partial ocean view. Since we were only staying one night and after 1 hour, we just stayed in that. Beside the rude receptionist at that time, rest of staff where service minded and another friendly receptionist compensated by letting us check out one hour later. This is a 3 star hotel. People stand in line when the pool opens at 10 to block sun beds. If you really need to stay here, Max 1 night. Breakfast is average. Small gym.

Excellent hôtel

Quand on lis certains commentaires négatifs on se demande si nous étions au mm endroit Le buffet petit déjeuner et dîner étaient gargantuesque. Je suis végétarienne et j'ai toujours trouvé de quoi manger avec choix. Les piscines ,le spa et la salle de sport sont super top. Les gens sont gentils, et pour les amoureux des animaux il y a des petits chats trop mignon. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😊 Seul bémol les murs des chambres ne sont pas très épais, alors si vous avez des voisins qui marchent en chaussures à talons et bien vous les entendrez ... Mais c'était très bien nous sommes ravis de notre séjour

Check-in and checkout process needs some organization- very inefficient and slow. Service in pool and beach areas hit or miss. Food was pretty mid everywhere but the Japanese restaurant but who wants to eat Japanese food while in Greece? View from our room was very nice. Beach area was pretty good, jet skis were fun.

Reception staff, amazing especially Maria from Spain Restaurant to avoid, service non existant except the staff from breakfast. Went to grove bar, sat for 20 minutes and no one came out to greet us or take the order, we got up and left. Sour taste We had the cover for the duvet as bed sheet, unacceptable Couldn’t sleep properly, too hot or too cold The resort is obviously understaff, a shame for the a Vincci hotel. The staff from the restaurant hyoto and the pool staff were the highlight of our stay. Proper service and food and they pay attention to their guests I like vincci hotel but o will not go back to this one again

Hotel Vincci EverEden in Anavyssos, Greece

The reception was quite busy when I arrived and when it was my turn to check in, the attendant was positive, pleasant, and compassionate. She could see we had a long travel day and were exhausted. She got us right into our room and was able to provide us some grace at checkout. Our room was exquisite, and a welcoming gift awaited us. The room was far nicer than I could have imagined, and my family was thrilled. It was a great way to end our trip to Greece. Shortly after waking, we learned our flight was delayed, and again, the staff could not have been more accommodating. Not only were we able to enjoy a lovely, full offering breakfast, but we had ample time to lounge around the pool. When our flight was delayed again, we were offered the opportunity to store our luggage and use their wellness facilities for showers prior to our drive back to the airport. And, probably the most touching part of our stay was how special it brought our trip to closure for our daughter’s 16th birthday. Not only were we able to enjoy a nicely prepared meal in our room, the staff was able to make sure we had a cake and candle to celebrate her birthday. This was the best hotel experience I have ever had, and I am thoroughly grateful to the hotel staff for making it such a wonderful visit.

De ansatte vil helst ikke få øyekontakt, og bruker veldig lang tid for å få bestilt ved stranda (restaurant og på dagtid). Generelt småsure ansatte som helst ikke vil hjelpe deg. Glemt vann ved bestilling flere ganger, kjedelig når man bestiller alkohol i tillegg i varmen. Pappkopper ved stranda, og ble hull i koppene før vi fikk drukket opp. Hotellet er ellers veldig fint, men de ansatte trenger bedre opplæring.
