Vi har haft et dejligt ophold…og forstår ikke at andre har haft negative anmeldelser..pragtfuld udsigt over Themsen..fine værelser…sødt og venligt personale..fin morgenmad. Gode muligheder for transport til nærmeste metro..enten med bus c10 eller med hotellets egen færge…vi vil gerne anbefale andre at tage ophold her!

Det var så fint hotel og vi blev positivt . overrasket i forhold til de dårlige anmeldelser. Skønt med en lille daglig sejltur på bare 2 minutter. Vil helt sikkert komme tilbage. De er igang med at renovere 5. Sal nu.

No kettle or ironing board in the room but apart from that no other complaints. It was clean, well maintained and easily accessible. It is ideally placed for buses, tube and river boat travels. I would definitely stay here again. It's a no frills place and now it's a hostel you get what you pay for.

十分好酒店，有feel,有免費船乘搭，職員態度10分好，每個都預備幫你，感覺好親切，部份房間翻新，空間感足夠，門外有便利店很方便，亦有巴士站，有公園，寧靜得嚟又可以四圍去，我會再選擇呢間酒店 Excellent hotel with a great vibe. There’s a free boat ride, and the staff’s attitude is 10/10 — everyone is ready to help, which feels very warm and friendly. Some rooms have been renovated and are spacious. There’s a convenience store right outside the door, which is very convenient, and there’s also a bus stop and a park nearby. It’s quiet, yet easy to get around. I would choose this hotel again.

Breakfast location and price were good. Hotel however needs a bit TLC, elevator and air con weren't working. Staff at checkin were slow to help out and never gave us our QR code needed for breakfast.

i highly recommend this place. really nice staff, all you need provided. even a Family of five can afford a stay in London! Thank you so much!! Only the break-in security lock for the windows we're no use since you can just take the counter part off. Besides a lovely place!

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von dem Hotel, weil die Lage sehr ruhig und mit toller Aussicht auf die Themse war. Frühstück auf der Terrasse, direkt an der Themse ist einfach top. Das Familienzimmer, mit zwei Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Leider hatte es kein Licht in einem der Zimmer und im Bad fehlte der Duschvorhang. Ausserdem war die Lüftung z.T. sehr laut. Trotzdem waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden auch wieder kommen.

This hotel has gone down hill since being a Hilton. Staff on reception really unhelpful. Noisy around the rooms. Bathroom sink didn’t flow so water built up. Old screw holes in walls where sanitary wear had been replaced looked ugly. Carpet needed a good hoover. Will not be back ever again despite staying a number of times previously

It was a great deal good location however the room couldve been a little cleaner with alot of long hairs over the bathroom and marks on the toilet seat , nothing i could point out in the room just the bathroom needs a good deep clean
