This place required actual person on ID show in person in order to check in. Small parking lot is full. And you still have to pay 15 for parking and park 3 building away

Hotel was clean and comfortable for the price. We got upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite, which was very nice! It's close to Disney, plenty of restaurants, and shopping amenities. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Orlando. My only "complaint" would be that the TVs in the rooms need an upgrade, but that's not a necessity. 5 stars!

Rooms were very large and clean for the price. I booked two rooms, one for myself and one for my sister. Upon arrival they would not let me check into both & my sister had to check in to her own. Which is fine. When my sister arrived several hours later in the middle of the night the girl at the desk gave her keys to my room instead of her room. My sister tried to tell her that I was in that room since I had messaged her my room number before her arrival. The girl argued that I was not in that room & insisted it was the room for my sister. My family was awoken to my sister entering our room in the middle of the night. I’m just glad it was her and not a stranger.

It was clean . The only issue I had was the blankets /duvet were way too thin I had to remove a blanket from a next bed to double up . House keeping came and change my towels and wash cloth. The was clean upon entering and throughout the stay . Please temper you have to pay for parking differently from what you pay through the booking .

This hotel is surprisingly far from Disney parks but not much more than 20 minutes. The space of having two bedrooms and two bathrooms is what attracted me to the property. The bathrooms are so tiny it’s difficult to close the door while you are in the bathroom and the hotel has not elevator and is a three story motel style hotel. But if you can get it for a cheap price it’s an okay stay. It provides a lot of space and having a kitchen was nice.

Hotel is about necessity not frivolity. They don’t have forgotten tooth brushes, tooth paste, etc to give. Every thing here has its price and they are hefty prices. The hotel overall is comfortable and clean, however, housekeep does not clean while you’re there!

Hotel room was clean, spacious, looked as advertised. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Exterior was fine. Clean. The color choices on the exterior were a bit questionable - not the most appealing from that standpoint but freshly painted it seems. Paid extra for a 2:00pm checkout. However, they didn't mentioned that despite that the keys always stop working at 11:00AM (which we were never informed) though paying for late checkout at check-in time which caused us delay and logistical challenges. This process is extremely illogical and could potentially lead to an embarrassing situation dependent on the current state of dress if they're locked out of their room unprepared.

This a 3 story hotel. I don't recall seeing or being told about an elevator. The rooms were like a rectangle around the main attractions such as the pool, hot tub, arcade room, etc. They provide pool towels which was nice. You can purchase water goggles if you need or bring your own. You're within walking distance of the grocery store, liquor store, and several restaurants. They also have cribs for the babies. My only unpleasant experience was Bill - at check in. He was the character who has a because he needs a check but doesn't care for people. Everyone else we encountered was amazing and loved life in itself.
