Too loud! The restroom's fan and air conditioner make a lot of noise, and the room is quite old.

good hotel in downtown Chicago
Hotel provides simple breakfast to hotel guest which is unexpected, very nice. Overall, a very good experience of stay. The location is very good. It will be even better if hotel can provide coin laundry facility. One of the elevator was out of order during my stay, it caused long waiting time.

Disappointed Customer
It seemed as if the floors in my room was not leveled, I literally had to kill 4 ladybug-type insects flying in my room, so I called the front desk and reported what I was experiencing with the flying bugs and the front desk said they send someone to investigate, but they never came. Also it took nearly 45 minutes for the Valet to get my car. They claimed the front desk was very busy and didn’t let the Valet know about retrieving my vehicle. I was very disappointed with my stay. I thought my experience staying downtown Chicago (my hometown) would of been better.
