Good modern hotel in Kanazawa.

Modern hotel is great position in Kanazawa. Although it is on one of the main roads it is very convenient for the castle, gardens, shrine, samurai district and the markets. It also has a microwave and washing machine which is very handy if you have been travelling for a couple of weeks as we had been. The rooms are a decent size for Japan which is nice.

A well located hotel to see the charming neighbourhoods of Kanazawa. Easily walkable, and plenty of dining options close by. As seems to be a constant on our month long tour of Japan, we find the mattresses overly firm, and the pillows are peculiar.

Hotel had a great location. Easy to access the Kanazawa Castle and Kenroku en garden. Omicho Markets was as easy walk and a must do for fresh seafood. Live the washer dryer in the room. Highly recommend staying here.

For people complaining about small rooms in Japan, I would have to say this is on par with the size that I stayed in both Kyoto and Asakasa. The washer dryer machine inside was clutch. They even provided the laundry detergent! I couldn't figure out how to use it and the girl downstairs actually came up and helped me set up the machine. The staff here was so friendly and the coolest thing is the hotel is in walking distance to the castle and Samurai village and also the fish market.
The toilet here was one of the best in my hotels! It has angle and pressure and water temperature control!
You will want to put 4 squirts on the bottom left container for 1 normal load. Takes about 2.5 hours for the full wash and dry

Brilliant location for sightseeing. Walking distance plus a taxi to the station wasn’t expensive. My room’s view of snowy mountains was a bonus. The hotel facilities were so practical. I loved the in-room washer-dryer for laundry and microwave oven. The nearby Family Mart had meals ready to heat up.

We loved our short stay at Kanazawa. The host was gracious to let us leave our luggage. The place was very clean, although a little tight for 8 people, it worked out because we had a short stay. The house was very clean, amenities were just right. It was just a minute walk from the river, which made it extra special. We will definitely stay there if it’s just the 5/6 of us in the group.

Lovely hotel! Spacious room with a washer/dryer combo plus a refrigerator/freezer and microwave. The facility is spotless, the breakfasts are wonderful and the staff is super friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. We found a lovely restaurant about a 5 minute walk from the hotel called Love For All. It’s awesome, highly recommended. And many other options. The loop bus stops nearby and is very convenient to explore the sights. We will miss our time in Kanazawa.
