Room was clean and had everything we needed. It did stay quite loud till well after midnight. Not sure if it was from a room or the bar. I slept through most of it. Would stay here again but maybe get a room not on the first floor, further away from the bar area just in case for noise reasons.

I am not normally a review writer but I felt this one was warranted. The 2 star review is for the location alone. If you want to be close to dining, scenic views etc it’s a great spot. But the room was mildewed and the smell was overwhelming. There was a dehumidifier in the room and a strong air freshener that did not help. And on Saturday night the entryway turns into a club. So if you want to relax that’s a no in this spot. It’s a cute place but the smell was so bad and there was no one to address it with. It’s a negative for me all around

Room was small but comfortable and very clean. Very quiet neighborhood, two blocks from the beach. Our only complaint was the A/C was set too cold (64 deg!) and no matter what we did with the thermostat, the temperature stayed the same. We notified the property manager and were told that maintenance would look into the problem, however, it wasn’t fixed during our stay.

Room was good. Humid and kind of smelly. Carpet and bathroom a bit dirty but overall easy stay. Saturday night the restaurant downstairs turned into a night club so was kind of noisy after 10:30pm. Not sure if I would stay on the weekend again.

We only stayed 1 night but would totally book this hotel again. It’s such cute, clean, little boutique hotel. It’s clearly going thru a remodel but it’s still beautiful. The only thing I can say negative was I wish my shower was hotter the first night (but it was nice and hot the next morning), and the street noise. But it’s a nice neighborhood so it wasn’t awful. The staff we did see was VERY nice. He showed us to the room and helped us navigate the check in due to their being no front desk. When I needed to get in touch with someone the text option was awesome and I always received a quick response. All in all this cutie is a 10/10. Would definitely recommend.
