Good location, great breakfast, dusty room

Good location - near M1, M2 and M3 in Fredericksburg. The beds were a bit worn; they sunk in the middle. Several dusty throw pillows in the room and generally a lot of dust - exacerbated my daughter's asthma. Breakfast was very good. All staff, save the first one with whom I interacted, were friendly and very helpful.

Lovely hotel and facilities in a great location. Being from Australia we relied on the use of wifi connections and did not have mobile phone roaming on daily so we were unable to contact the front desk with inquiries or assistance, so every time I needed assistance I had to walk downstairs to reception which was inconvenient. They could do with in room phones.

This hotel was wonderful. Breakfast had lots of options, and was delicious. Parking was clean, well lit, secure, and easy. They also have a luggage room in case you arrive early, or need to store your bags while you go for the day after checking out. The staff was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The area is close to shopping, restaurants, and a 7-11 right next door in case you need snacks. The Metro station is also a few steps away to access anywhere else in the city.

Comfortable, with caveats.

We enjoyed our stay in Copenhagen. The hotel was, all in all, a decent choice. We arrived early, and with check-in time not until 1600, peftvour bags for free in their luggage room. Not just one, but two different reception staff said to come back around 1400, when our room would be ready. At 1400, we returned and our room was ready. However, we were ahead to pay 200 DKK to check in before 1600! Why had this not been mentioned earlier?! The room was well decorated. It did not have any air conditioning, and because it faced west, it was over 33⁰C in the late afternoon. We eventually got a fan, which simply blew the hot air around. Here's a tip - ask for an easy facing room! Breakfast was extra, but it was very good with great choices. Good location, next to the Metro. Overall, decent but not spectacular.

Very nice

It is a nice hotel. Even though it is outside the downtown the metro takes you around in notime and is just outside the hotel. Fredriksberg is also nice with a lot of nice café´s, bars and restaurants.

Great visit!

Great for a trip with friends! We were 3 people in room and we were very comfortable. The atmosphere in the hotel lobby was great! We were impressed by the decorations and wish we had been able to enjoy the bar, but our schedule was too packed. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious and well organized. It was busy since we were there over the weekend, but we were able to find a space to eat both days. The hotel is right next to a metro, so it's super easy to get around the city and the metro goes straight to the airport.

Excellent staff. I was reacting to the room spray they used and they moved me to a different room without carpet and with a window that opens. Excellent full breakfast with many options. Love the ginger shots and the beautiful seed breads. Petit croissants and pastries were very tasty.

Our family had booked a room with 1 king-size bed and 1 single bed. Upon check-in, we found only the king-size bed in the room. My husband went down to the reception. The staff said they would bring a single bed to the room, so my husband returned to the room. However, when the staff arrived, she only had a single bed linen and said that she couldn't install the bed because the room didn’t have one. She told us we would need to switch rooms. My husband went back down to the reception again. They said a room with an extra bed was available, but it would take time to set up the single bed, and we would need to wait. There was no apology. We had to wait for the new room to be ready, which was already past 11 PM. After the new room was prepared, my husband had to go down to the reception once more to return the key to the original room. Only then did they apologize, but when he expressed his frustration, they told him to leave a review if he was unhappy. I am in disbelief over the poor service attitude and incompetent management, as they didn't even know which room had which bed setup. Truly disappointing.
