The location of the hotel is very close to the centre city, in a very nice area Deluxe room The bedroom is very nice with a good bed. The bathroom could use a handy man, the water tap was defekte, the shower head cannot be adjusted so you have to stand right up against the wall to take a shower in a bathtub, the hand towels are placed directly over the toilet, and can therefore easily fall into the toilet. But as already mentioned the location and the personel are outstanding

The hotel is well located and the staff are very professional and helpful. Our “premium”room (701) was cozy but comfortable for two people with good light and a nice view — and recently refurbished. What a lovely stay we had at the Radisson Blu in Covent Square/Seven Dials! The staff was phenomenal. You would have thought we were at a luxury resort with the level of service and support the staff provided. In particular the concierge, both Ed and George, were tremendously helpful and kind.
