The hotel is clean and the breakfast is tasty and lots of choice and even we can pick items from the menu without paying extra. It is vert closed to the Gloucester Road Station and you feel safe even you return late at night. Will stay again if I come to London next time.

After I asked for a quiet room explaining that'd I'd had a 04:00 start and needed a good night sleep for work the next day I was assigned a room just above the delivery entrance where trucks and vans began loading and unloading from 03:00. Impossible to sleep with all the doors banging, trolleys rattling, engines revving and trucks beeping. This was allegedly an upgrade, so if this is how they treat their Premium Rewards guests I can't imagine how awful the other rooms must be.

The staff here is helpful without being obsequious. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection is worth adding on. Its very good value especially if you want a central location near to museums and Hyde Park.

Excellent location with 3 tube lines on your doorstep. The hotel is in close proximity to the tube station which makes it very convenient, especially coming in from Heathrow. Clean room. Double bed but they called it a single. Nice size. A big and deep bathtub. Toiletries provided. Staff were helpful and easy going. Area was alright. Usual mix of tourists, construction workers, and locals. Close to Underground Station. Walking distance to the Museum of Natural History. Didn’t try the restaurant and bar. But the patrons seemed quiet and respectful when I looked it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice budget stay.

We had a room on the front of the hotel over the main road, if your a light sleeper - not so good. Bath needed re-enamelling in places. Room was very clean as was the bathroom, sadly one of the bedside lights hadn't been checked and was not working. Would have been nice for the Espresso pods to be identified, as there were 3 types but no identifying marks other than they had 3 different coloured edges, great if you know, but if you didn't then it was pot luck, which resulted in some of them being wasted. we'd definitely stay here again for the location and value for money in the area. Royal Albert Hall, V&A and Natural History Museums all within half a mile.
