Hotel needs a lot of updating. The hallways are well lit and new paint and carpet, but the bathroom toilet was cracked and the toilet seat moved. Bathroom needs updates. Side entry door didn't lock and was wide open. Hotel is in a good area, just needs tlc.

Two of the six desk clerks I interacted with were excellent. The other 4 were rude. I didn't feel welcomed by them. Politeness goes along way when dealing with the public.

My husband and I came to attend a funeral and drove 18 hours in one day. To tell you how comfy that sleep was after the unexpected news and drive is an understatement. Thankful for the staff and for the hotel to accommodate us on an unexpected news and journey and whenever we do visit for hopefully a better reason next time, I will definitely book this hotel again.

The quality of the facility was clean, current, and well kept. However the administrative and operations were not consistent and affected my service and comfort as well as my personal and business situations. However there was also many different forms of operations by the front desk staff. There needs to be better room service or availability for lennon, and housekeeping materials. I also have never had front desk clerks calling a customer during their personal or business outside of the Hampton Inn hotel and consistently refusing to deal with the matter once the customer returns to the site. I was Disturbed in my business dealings as well as in a bereavement ceremony by calling me from the facility at Hampton Inn. As a 25-year Plus gold member in the Hilton Honors program this really Disturbed me and damaged me as a loyal long time customer with no issues or incidents ever. I do deserve my five nights at that Woodbury Hampton Inn St Paul Minneapolis facility reimbursed and compensated fully.
