Stated 3 days and no one came to clean the room a single time. No fridge so I wasted my food. Can’t stay there again. Was a mistake too book it

Overall nice.
Wi-Fi was fine during the day, but spotty in the evenings, with more guests using it.

Sad to report 1st-time issues

Police called several times
At 9pm room 306 guest was banging on what sounded like a table. Starting at midnight the man started walking the halls playing music from a small speaker while screaming out. This happened 4-7 times until I finally walked down to the front desk at 4am and discussed it with the night manager. He said others complained too so he called the police. Police knocked on the door and told “Jorge” to keep it down. At 5am it all started again. I then called the desk from the room. At 6am the man was physically removed from the hotel. We lost an entire night because the hotel wouldn’t rectify the issue at 9-10pm the evening before. Lack of proactive management caused several guests a night they paid for.
The management was nice but said there are no refunds ever for any reason. “There will never be a refund from Motel 6”. He did tell me to call Expedia and was nice but management could have taken care of this much earlier.
