Pues todo estuvo muy bien desde la habitación, el restaurant, las albercas, pasando el primer día el segundo día y ya no nos querían atender en la playa por ser mexicanos, nos negaron el acceso a un restaurant porque solamente tenían una mesa para cuatro y éramos ocho personas, nos pidieron Regresar después o buscar otra opción de restaurant, ya que no tenían mesa, se nos cayó el plafón de la habitación. Pedí el cambio de otra habitación y me dieron una sucia sin aire acondicionado, nos llevaron un ventilador y llevo un una bebé de siete meses o algo terrible, pues a pesar de qué levanté ni queja, solamente quedó allá, no regresaría por nada del mundo a este hotel.

Es desagradable que desde que llegas te hostigan al quererte vender sus membresias. Cucarachas y olor a caño. Habitaciones viejas. Restaurante de especialidades muy bien. 90% del personal atento y un 10% detestable. En especial la que recibe en restauran “the white box.”

The resort was nice and clean. Food was superb! Staff are friendly and helpful. Beach and pool are wonderful. The only thing is they need to update their rooms and bathroom. Overall a great resort.

I loved the staff and the food the bartenders were amazing the only thing is that when u get picked up for excursions or transportation you have to go to the other building which can be confusing and there’s also one atm in the main building . The convenient store inside the hotel is very expensive so be sure to just use it for emergency’s other then that I love my experience .

First of all would like to mention for others that hotel consist of 2 different properties combined together Sens and Oasis. Lobby looks like anyone can come in and out no security or checking if you stay there or you don't. Upon check-in I was told that I still owe environmental tax and the only proof they can show me is their own website. I was just in Cancun in October and no one ever asked me for that tax, so I was surprised. I googled it and it's an actual thing but the tax is only one dollar room per night I was staying for 3 nights so should be 4.50 for each room I booked 2 rooms. They told me I have to pay 57 usd for 2 rooms. When I told them that the information they telling me don't match the official information they kept telling me to go to the website of their hotel to get information and kept playing dumb like he don't know what google is or the official Mexican Visitax website I showed him is. Basically they running their own scam. Then they messed up my booking I booked 2 double bed rooms but they only gave me 1 double and 1 king. Rooms are outdated, some outlets don't work or charge your phone way longer than it usually takes. Bathroom hot water was on and off sometime it works sometime it doesn't one of the sinks water barely was flowing same thing with shower. Maybe it's pity but TV all chanells were in Spanish not a single English channel, not the case in other resorts I stayed in Cancun or DR. Overall 2 stars for this hotel staff was nice though.
