Perfect location

It is in a perfect location to enjoy all of Edinburgh (old and new). Clean and quiet, room 6 , Superior Studio was quieter than room 5. Great stay!

Bedste beliggenhed.

Stort værelse og fint køkken. Badeværelset fint, dog løb vandet meget langsomt fra brusekabine, da afløb var stoppet. Ikke wifi nok til streaming. Bedste beliggenhed ved Princess Street. Stille værelse mod gården. Meget tilfredse.

Fin, ret nyrenoveret, lejlighed med alt hvad man behøver. Der er ingen elevator men det var vi bekendt med fra starten. Lejligheden ligger tæt på det meste, Old Town, Tram, museer osv

Tolle Lage des Appartements - verwirrend war die Beschreibung der Appartement Nummer. Beim Eingang zum Appartement House war nicht klar wie die Türe zu öffnen ist. Trotzdem würden wir die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen - es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Just perfect apartment. Everything needed were there. Comfortable bed. Good kitchen. ONLY small drawback was the narrow and loong stairs up to third level. But since it was Edinburgh, stairs is not really a problem at the accomodation. :)

A perfect property with beautiful views, ample space, functional amenities, great location, easy communication. Luggage storage nearby. NO ELEVATOR. If you are on third floor with heavy international luggage, look elsewhere. For us, it was a perfect stay:)

The apartment was very nice and the view was outstanding as you can see the castle from the living room windows. You do have to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs as there is no lift.

Really well equipped place with everything you need. We had a one bed apartment in a fab location. Only thing to say is we obviously didnt read the small print. Thereis no lift. Three flight's of stairs after a day pounding the streets was abit hard, but over all worth it. Less than 10 minutes from Waverley station so very central.

First off the girls that work in the office are AMAZING. They helped us tremendously. I would recommend this place . Pros This place is in a great location. We had room # 4. Walking distance to everything. It is a large clean apartment with views of the city and castle . The bathroom was clean and had great water pressure. Keyless entry was great. There was coffee and tea. Everything you could want . Cons Check in is 3pm and when your flight gets u in at 8am and after a long time of time it makes it for a VERY long exhausting day. There is no elevator and its 50 or more steps up with luggage in tow. There is no Air conditioning and the windows only open a crack and there are no screens so bugs fly in. We did have a fan and that helped a bit. You can hear the cars on the street and bag pipers in the morning. The room was on the noisier side.

Fantastic location, right in the centre of town. Beautiful apartment, high ceilings, lovely decor and all the appliances you could need. Very easy access with no key required.

Saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in sehr zentraler Lage. Kurze Entfernungen zu sehr vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Fenster zwar nur zum Innenhof mit Blick auf Klimageräte, vermutlich aber sehr viel ruhiger als zur Straße. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Great little apartment for our stay in Edinburgh. It was central to everything. We were a short but steep walk to old town, steps from buses and trams. There was no shortage of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The apartment itself had everything we needed a full kitchen complete with mini fridge, microwave, stove, oven and everything needed to cook and eat with. There was also a dishwasher and a washer dryer combo, my only gripe being that I couldn't get the clothes to dry and ended up hanging them up after 2 unsuccessful cycles. The only other issue is that we were on 2nd floor and there is no lift so lugging our luggage up multiple floors and dragging ourselves up the steps after exploring the whole city on foot was a little rough. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.
