The room was not ready for check-in; however, Candy, the front office administrator, made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable, which minimized any inconvenience. I am grateful for Candy's outstanding customer service, as she addressed all of our needs and concerns effectively, resulting in a stress-free stay.
On the other hand, I encountered a manager named Daniella who exhibited unprofessional behavior that made me feel unwelcome. I was quite taken aback by her demeanor towards other guests, particularly when I observed her response to a guest's inquiry for information. This concern prompted me to request a discussion with a manager to bring this matter to attention. Such discourteous behavior would certainly influence my decision to consider alternative accommodation in the future.
