Needs more attention to details.
Firstly, it took 20 minutes of driving around trying to find the hotel. The only signage said “Hilton something, so, even though we had the address, it was not identified until you were at the front desk. One gal said, “Oh yeah, someone ordered a sign.” One of the fellows said they had not had a sign for three and a half weeks. If I were an employee, I would at least get some poster board and markers and put signs outside. Why invite clients to be unhappy before they check in?
The lighting on the rooms is very complicated and inflexible. There was no way to have a night light, and, if you turned on the bathroom lights, it looked like Yankee Stadium, reflected off the mirror across from the bathroom, flooding the sleeping area with bright light and a reflected view of the toilet.,
Finally, I have a service dog and was told at check-in that I would have to pay for him. I asked about it, mentioning that it was unusual. She insisted.
The young man who checked me out in the morning removed the charge when I showed him the hotels.com listing.
