A Great Place to Chill
This hotel was a great place to experience the polar nights. With two restaurants on site, one was not forced to brave the temperatures. That said, it is conveniently located to explore everything Longyearbyen has to offer. The rooms/condition are a little dated. The staff happily connect you with local experiences and businesses.

A good hotel with a convenient location in the center of Longyearbyen. The restaurant was great, with a lovely breakfast and a beautiful view. The rooms were a bit plain, but they had everything necessary. The hotel was clean, tidy, and the staff were very friendly.

In the heart of Longyearbien
Our stay was great, except for that one day that we didn't get to use the sauna and jacuzzi because it's maintenance day. Breakfast is sumptuous. Customer service is excellent. Staff is very helpful. The lobby looks like it needs some renovation. Place is very close to restaurants, shops and grocery store, walking distance to the water. My husband even briefly saw the Northern Lights one night. Can't wait to come back.

The hotel is the heart of the settlement in a certain sense so the bar and restaurant are always hiving. The bathrooms are a bit dated, starting to be worn down.

This is a unique and very special hotel in Longyearbyen. The staff is phenomial especially at the breakfast area and the front desk. Most of the employees were from Argentina and Brazil. They helped my elderly parents in multiple ways to ensure they had a restful stay. Thank you. This hotel is clearly a 10/10 and I'll be back again
