10/10 Exceptional

The staff here is so helpful, friendly and responsive! It’s a great location too if you are renting a car because you can literally walk to the car rental agencies! I want to mention their bartender, Rachel, is the best! She is very friendly and the service is fast (if you want it to be)! I’ve stayed here several times and am always glad I did.

The staff at this hotel is always AMAZING!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!! I love the location as well because I can walk to and from the car rentals, which makes my life so much easier!! I always choose this hotel when I’m flying into or out of Detroit Metro!

Great location to the airport, good food at the bar and great staff!

6/10 Good

The bed was clean and had cotton sheets, the room was mostly clean but definitely dated, the kind of hotel carpet you don’t walk barefoot on. The staff, especially the night shift was very kind and helpful. Overall a fine place if you need a bed for a night.

The room was great and very clean. We did eat at the onsite restaurant which was very good with the wait staff being excellent. Not our first time staying in this hotel and certainly not our last. Would recommend.

10/10 Exceptional

I was pleasantly surprised when staying at this property, especially for the price. Bathroom was small but the room was nice. Also, we ate at Wings Bar & Grill and it was good too. Great property. *One note, when you book a shuttle to the airport for example at 6am, and they tell you to be in the lobby by 545am, you better be on the shuttle by 545am not in the lobby. They almost left without me!
