Receptionist were professional but not very warm, being polite but cold.
The location was great, easy to walk to museums, shops, restaurants! The hotel is also very cosy and comfortable!

Great location
Welcoming friendly staff at the front desk. We were able to check in early which was great. The deluxe room was a bit smaller than I’d have liked but it was clean with a comfy bed and a fabulous rainfall shower. The breakfast was excellent and the servers were all polite and helpful. Great location near a Metro, next to the park, and across from where you start the canal tour. Walkable to the major attractions, including just a 2 minute walk to the Rijksmuseum.

I am a repeat client, however this room had a nice but very cramped bathroom. The rest is excellent, the location, great place to stay in Amsterdam

Park Centraal Amsterdam
Well, the hotel is very well located and fantastic to have Momo (rest) as part of it. BUT unbelievable that you have stayed there +100 nights for the last 10y and not being recognised as I had before the redecoration. Even after having told the lady at checkin she tried to sell an upgrade which I obviously always got for free in the past incl present etc. Even though I keep on coming back despite the total lack of understanding on how to manage customer relationships/loyalty.

Awful customer service
We stayed for a week we were accommodated for an earlier check in. Which made me think we were off to a great start. The first night noticed the pillow was stained. I put it to the side thinking room service would have it changed.. they did not took 3 days for the pillow case to be changed. The shampoo empty and toilet paper not being refilled after the 3 days finally had the toilet paper refilled, we were running on our last paper. Then I brought a travel blanket it went missing after room service, I never heard back from front desk, I had to continue asking for an update. Till today I still have not had any update or resolution. Yes it is just a blanket but the accountability and customer service regarding it no interest to help. I was also charged for a drink that I did not grab from the refrigerator until I had to bring it to their attention and was refunded for that. I will not be recommending this place nor plan on ever staying there again.
