Where do I start? I waited an hour to check into my room, when I finally was able to check into my room I was greeted by a foul odor, the bed was in a disarray, sheets every where and stained, and then to ice the cake the heater did not work. When I went to bring the issue up to the front desk I was forced to wait 30 minutes to get to the front of the line, once I made it to the front the manager on sight refused to look at my room. I was not offered compensation or a different room, I was simply told “I’m busy right now if you don’t like it here you may leave and talk to your third party for a refund.” Do not recommend to anyone.
