Stained linens were used, but the room was newly renovated.

Absolutely disgusting
The most disgusting hotel I have ver been in, smelled awful. Lights didn’t work, no trash can, stains all over ceiling and walls. Door lock didn’t work. This place should be condemned

The location was quiet and convenient. Front desk staff were wonderful! Staff were very friendly and attempted to resolve customer issues and complaints. However, I question management’s tentativeness and involvement with their staff, customers, and complaints. When standing behind other customers at the front desk, most of them were complaining about similar issues we encountered. When customers asked for a manager, they were informed that the manager was “off” and there was nothing that the could do. I find this unacceptable.
There were very few amenities and the few that they had did not work. The first night, our air conditioner did not work and it was 90 degrees. We were able to change rooms, but it would not be available until our return from concert at 1am. The new room that we were given included a non-operating microwave and TV. The toilet paper fixture also was broke laying on the floor. We were advised that this was the only remaining room that could be given to us. No other options were given to us. Therefore, we had no choice but to deal with the issues without resolution because of the lack of available solutions and the absence of management.
