The beds were comfortable staff was super nice one pool was not clean but the other one was fine good location right in the middle of everything and walking distance to the cathedral clean room ac nice and cold parking was easy in back love our stay

The rooms are nice and clean. Only thing is to check in it was hard to get someone to let us in and then couldn’t get the door open to get in. Staff at the front wasn’t always there if you needed something.. it was quiet and in walking distance to entertainment. Definitely would stay again.

The hotel was nice overall, but I was disappointed that the room doors didn’t have an interior safety latch or swing-bar lock. As a parent traveling with young children, that extra layer of security provides peace of mind. I hope the hotel considers adding them in the future to make families with kids feel safer during their stay.

Great hotel in an historic building just out of the noisy fray of the French Quarter, though even in this location hearing the odd boisterous revelry in the street can’t be helped, if you’re in a front street room. The room was very clean and comfortable and I loved the charm of the lobby/salon with old fireplace and a few well placed antiques. A surprisingly good price for this charming stay with security entrance and secured parking.

Nice hotel. Very comfortable beds. Hotel is close, walking distance (10 min) to the French Quarter and Bourbon st.. was interesting that there was no mini fridge in the room but no big deal. Also I had no idea parking was $45 a night. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t mind staying again.

Location on Rampart is great for the French Quarter as well as easy access to Frenchman Street. Just a short walk to Bourbon Street and all of the locations throughout the French Quarter that you are looking for. Friendly and inviting staff with beautiful artistry and architecture. Highly recommend for a quick getaway weekend in New Orleans. Five stars!

The staff were friendly and helpful. This is an old, historic, character - filled building. It is not a chain hotel. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. They cleaned with fresh towels daily. It is 3 blocks from Bourbon St. With a walk through quiet residential neighborhood. Charming!

There are no amenities. Not even a vending machine. No elevator and pool wasn’t operable. Definitely not worth the price. Good location to French Quarter and friendly staff though.

liked the clean room, air-conditioning, did not like that you had to pay for parking, you could hear everything through the walls, the second night was horrible, people partying loud outside the rooms late couldn't sleep and almost left in the middle of the night. Need more supervision on the outside at night, so people can sleep.
