The room was too small, had inadequate storage. I guess I can understand the logic in no breakfast but it was not a cheap stay and cold coffee didn't help. The staff was fine but the method to gain entry by the front door was very poor.

Very quiet at night. Close for transportation. Entry can be a bit bothersome waiting for entry door to be opened with buzzer. Would definitely stay here again.

Our AC unit was broken the whole time we were there. Stopped working at 73 degrees and went up to 77 degrees. The door doesn’t close all the way & the drain in the sink was so backed up you couldn’t wash your face or brush your teeth without it getting clogged.

Honestly I was a bit nervous at first for this solo stay, but it turned out nice. I didn’t go in the pool, didn’t like how it looked but people were in there. I’m not sure of they had breakfast, I didn’t see or smell anything. It was pretty quiet the whole time.

Très bon accueil le jour de l'arrivée. Établissement très joli avec parking attenant et fermé, très sécurisant. Piscine agréable après quelques heures de marche. On est proche du French Quarter que nous avons rejoint à pieds entre 750 et 900 mètres. Malheureusement pas de petit déjeuner, pas de machine à café dans la chambre, ni frigo ni micro-ondes, vu le prix demandé c'est un peu mesquin. Une petite complication pour sortir du parking. N'aurions nous pas loupé une borne d'appel ? Si c'est le cas c'est pas très clair et 10 minutes de passés à attendre que la porte s'ouvre!

Tired, disappointed with hotels.com

Pro: clean, reasonable price, staff very helpful to those INSIDE the building. Con: 1- poor communication ie if you are outside the building no one responds to calls, texts. Why it matters: it requires a fob to unlock the door to the building. No signage outside to help overcome this issue. 2- no elevator to 2nd floor 3- noisy (hotel is ideal for those coming in late from French quarter).

Loved everything! Very secure, sweet and friendly staff, parking lot was gated and easy to access, two beautiful pools and the room was massive with a top notch remodeled bathroom and excellent central air! 100% my new favorite hotel in the city
