The staff were friendly and helpful. This is an old, historic, character - filled building. It is not a chain hotel. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. They cleaned with fresh towels daily. It is 3 blocks from Bourbon St. With a walk through quiet residential neighborhood. Charming!
