Absolutely horrible hotel! Rooms were very poorly maintainer whether HVAC not working or door lock not working. At a time only1 room key will work even if front desk provides 2. They provide 2 keys with a disclosure only 1of them work & we do not know which 1 so mark 1 with a black marker; so customer tries & figure which one will work. If you try to get other one worked; previously working key will stop. The coldest day in 15 years in Orlando & heater doesn;t work. I got room changed but figured that they provided same room to another customer without fixing so staff is not really bothered. Same goes with room cleaning; they do not do on own & ask to tell front desk if you want to clean but despite that they do not. Even breakfast was limited items & staff has been told not to fill up once its over. Horrible horrible; not meeting Choice/ Quality Inn nor standard at all.

A estadia foi repleta de problemas e detalhes importantes foram negligenciados: 1. As chaves eletrônicas dos quartos foram trocada uma vez, pois o quarto não abria. 2. Os itens de higiene do quarto, foi solicitado na recepção, mais não foi reposto no quarto. 3. O lixo do quarto não foi recolhido durante a estadia, apesar de termos avisado e pedimos para limpar o quarto, mais continuou sujo. 4. O quarto não tem revestimento acústico, você escuta todo barulho externo. 5. Serviço e comodidades muito ruins.

The room had left over sheets and dirty towels from the last guest and also there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room and also the ac didn’t work even when you put the heat on it just blew cold air even tho the room was freezing itself the key they gave for the room also stopped working after night one and I had to get another one

Værelset var MEGET slidt og yderdøren skulle have lidt tæsk for at kunne lukke. Morgenmad er ikke eksisterende. Virkelig dårlig. Beliggenheden er super god og personalet virkelig søde. Men er nok bedst hvis man bare har brug for en seng og intet andet til en god pris.

The desk staff was very nice and friendly but there are so many problems with this motel. All outside building doors are left open all night, with outside stairs providing unlimited access to anyone. The room keys needed to be re-coded every day, there are no bathroom fans, the air conditioned don’t work. (We had two separate rooms). There are ice buckets but no ice machine. Finally, there is a breakfast but it is entirely carbs no protein foods. (Only dry cereal, bread, waffles, bagel) There is juice and a couple of apples if you’re early enough. Housekeeping doesn’t clean or re-stock, but only makes the beds.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. The hotel is conveniently located. It is right across from the Eye, Madame Tussauds , and Ripley's. But, the bathroom had some rusted areas as well as stains on the floor. The furniture could use an upgrade. I had a mini fridge. But, no microwave. It was moderately priced and ok for a night or two.

Fiquei 9 dias no hotel, nenhuma vez foi limpo o quarto, nem retiraram o lixo. Solicitei toalhas porque estava sem condições, e as jogaram na entrada do quarto para não ter que nem entrar. O quarto cheirava mal, o ar quente não funcionava e estava 3°C os dias que estive ali, o café da manhã bem fraco, se é que pode-se chamar de café. Mas o pior foi que me cobraram 11 dólares por dia de taxa resort que não foi mencionado no hotéis.com essa taxa. NÃO RECOMENDO

A funcionária do café da manhã muito gentil e atenciosa, café sem variedade, mas isso está descrito na reserva. O quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia. No check inn informei que todas as taxas já haviam sido pagas e mesmo assim além da taxa de 50 dólares de calção, foi cobrado no cartão mais 80 dólares referentes a taxa de estadia e não consegui suporte nem do hotel e nem da plataforma sobre isso.
