The hotel is next to no. 2 tram station. Very convenient. The pillow is too flat and soft. Extraordinary good service as I need some printing service and the staff allow me to do the printing for free! Breakfast buffet also excellent.

Nice location, ok facility

Perfect location, though facility looks bit old. Surprised to know that they don't have microwave oven in hotel. Was trying to ask help to heat up baby food but get an answer, "sorry, we don't have". Overall good staying experience.

沒有冷氣、沒有煲水設備，沖涼房容易漏水，風筒又只能夠在沖涼房用。不能夠換房。 房算大，清潔程度尚可，地點OK。服務員算願意解答問題，但不屬於他/她工作範圍的，他們會叫你問負責的人員。 價格便宜，Wi-Fi不太穩定，如沒有冷氣、煲水，應預先通知顧客。 期望酒店有所改善。

So everything was OK. The elevator wasn’t working but they were trying to get it fixed but still not working after 2 days. Things happen. I am not singing for that The hot water is an issue. You have enough for 1 quick shower and that’s it!!! We tried early in the morning and late in the morning. It didn’t matter. You charge premium prices, the. I want hot water Breakfast was meh. Served the same thing 3 days in a row. And I am not talking fresh. It was reheated from yesterday. Try the breakfast the first time to see if you want to commit. If it was me, had enough and would go down the street

Good customer service and location. The only downsides were the room temperature and the shower. Other than opening the window, we couldn’t set the temperature lower and keeping the window opened meant waking up at night to close and at some point to reopen. The showerhead doesn’t stay in the middle and ends up splashing water on the floor.

Reservamos la habitación porque había una cocina pequeña en las fotos y tenemos dos niños pequeños, por lo que nos resulta muy útil si por la noche no queremos salir a cenar después de todo el día fuera. Cuando llegamos, nos dan varias habitaciones y ninguna tenía cocina. No se parecían a las fotos de lo que habíamos reservado. Primero el recepcionista no sabía si disponían de cocina o no, luego, nos dice que NINGUNA habitación del hotel dispone de cocina ni de un pequeño grifo, tal y como se ve en las fotos. Nos dice que él no ha subido las fotos en Internet y no puede hacer nada más, que está todo completo. Las dos habitaciones que nos había ofrecido eran súper antiguas y deprimentes. Engañan a los futuros huéspedes subiendo unas fotos que no corresponden con la actualidad. Finalmente, hablamos con el manager y nos cambian a una habitación reformada y bonita, aunque no tiene cocina tampoco. En ella sí estuvimos a gusto (a pesar de no ser lo que queríamos). El desayuno buffet incluido era muy bueno, con personal muy amable. Resumen: reservaría teniendo en cuenta que en ninguna habitación hay cocina y que la mayoría de habitaciones son muy antiguas, salvo que reserves la de mayor categoría (nosotros habíamos reservado suite junior y aun así nos querían meter en una de categoría inferior). 8 minutos andando del ayuntamiento.

Overall such a wonderful stay, lovely staff, beautiful decor and great room atmosphere. Amazingly quiet but still so close to the city just walking basically in a straight line, so couldn’t really ask for a better place! Looking forward to coming back in the future.
