I have nothing but good things to say about the actual employees working there, but the management is a disaster.
The managers need to make sure their policies are up to date on third party websites, such as this one. This place required a $50 cash deposit, which isn't clear until you get there. Also, you have to wait 15-30 minutes to check out and get your cash back when you keave. Also, their Internet had been out for several weeks prior to our stay. Management needs to get this fixed because it is unacceptable. And it's unfair to the front desk people have to tell customers this when it's unexpected and inconvenient. Management needs to get it together and make sure their posting on third party websites are accurate.
The rooms are clean and I didn't see a single bug or roach. They are dated and in need of a paint job, but they are clean, smell nice, and the beds are decently comfortable. The rooms are very spacious too.
