PURE PLEASURE!!
This place was such a delight. The desk attendant was very nice and friendly. We saw that it was animal friendly as well. Nice pool area. Spacious parking area. Everything was very clean inside and out. Already making plans to stay again.

We always stay here when we go to Elkins. The staff(Chelsie) always knows us and welcomes us. They always make sure we get the type of room we request!

Fast trip
The room was warmed clean and all set for us when we got there, but upon check-in, I went to walk around from the lobby to our room and slipped and fell hard on some ice. There was no sign of warning

Good hotel. Weird service.
The hotel was great. Not a fan of being interrogated at check in because I live local. They weren’t even going to give me the room that I payed for in advance. Oddest experience I’ve ever had checking into a hotel. The overnight desk person Anthony was awesome! The evening person, not so much. She was quite rude.

Best Hotel Ever!!!!!!!
Ik heb hier 4 nachtjes geslapen en het was echt fantastisch! Devin heeft mij bij het inchecken echt onwijs vriendelijk geholpen en tips gegeven over plekken die ik gezien moet hebben! De kamer was groot, schoon, nieuw…gewoon geen woorden voor zo mooi en comfortabel! Ik voelde mij helemaal thuis! De omgeving is prachtig, de bergen, bossen en wandelmogelijkheden! Als je net als ik een natuurliefhebber bent dan zit je hier echt helemaal goed! Je hoeft je geen moment te vervelen!

Eco-friendly hotel which is wonderful but room cleaning should have been explained a bit better. King suite but only received two towels, two washcloths and one hand towel -- not enough for a three night stay!

Property still being remodeled, but that didn't affect our room. Room was Clean, and Comfortable. No breakfast as listed in the Expedia description. Was charged by both Expedia, as I pre-paid for the room, and unfortunately charged more than once at two different rates by the property instead of marking my stay as pre-paid through Expedia. I also verified with the staff that is wasn't just the incidental charge authorization and it is an additional room charge due to check in complications. Was told I needed to wait 3-5 working days however I would think it could happen sooner considering ever other charge they applied to verify my card was active fell off as expected. We will see if the charges get corrected or if I have to file with my bank as a fraudulent and/or duplicate charge.

It was nice and updated. Staff was very friendly. They were short staffed so our first room wasn’t cleaned properly. Due to an employee who usually works in laundry having to be moved to cleaning rooms. The person at the front desk made it right and gave us a new room. It was clean and updated. We would stay again ❤️

Best Hitel ever
We absolutely love staying at Luxor Inn and Suites once a month. They always treat us wonderfully. Our favorite Front desk person is Chelsie. She always goes far and beyond to insure our stay is great.
