Our only problem was our door wouldn’t register our key cards and we had to go down and have them reprogram them but they were super nice and understanding about it! My wife, and I have stayed at the Baymont of Windham, at this location numerous times. The only complaint we had were the ants which were in our room, and the smell of marijuana which we could smell coming into our room. It was inconsiderate of those doing it, and very disrespectful.

Rooms are small, beds are hard and on a metal bed frame. Half the time you had to go get new keys because the other ones stopped working. You had to slam the doors to make sure they shut and all rooms you enter from the outside like Motel 6. The pool is outdoors and doesn’t have a heater and the friends and family of the workers were in the pool and we couldn’t use it. Breakfast is pancakes, bagel or hard boiled egg. The manager and desk personnel were very nice but I wouldn’t recommend it.

I did the check in on line to speed up check in and when I got here it took over a half hour to check in. They charged my credit card 3 times and couldn’t show us a map to find our room. In the room the conditioner and body soap were empty and the bathroom door had no latch on it so wouldn’t shut. Disappointed

Not up to expectations.

The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The humidity was so bad outside the room that not having a fan added to the humidity in the room. All the clothes I hung up felt damp after taking a shower. Also the toilet didn’t flush one day. I called at 6:30am to the front desk about it. They said they did not have anyone who could fix it until 8am. I told the front desk that I needed to use the toilet and the front desk told me to use the toilet in the lobby. I left my room to go sightseeing at 8:30am. When I returned at 4 pm the toilet was still not fixed.
