Our check in experience with Skylar was excellent, and he made sure we had what we needed during our stay.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfy.
Our only issue was that the breakfast was horrible. The eggs weren't eatable, and there was no regular waffle batter, only pumpkin spice. Very little fruit, only some tiny apples, all of which were bruised or squishy. Even the hard boiled eggs were of poor quality. No yogurt that wasn't so full of sugar it might as well have been candy.
This meant that we had to take the time and money to eat breakfast elsewhere.
One of the reasons we stay at Hamptons is that we can eat there and they're clean and safe. This def met the clean and safe, but nothing else.
