The room is pretty run down - stained carpets, musty smell, various stains in the bathroom and room. But the front desk guy was cheery, easy to check in, bed was comfortable. One of the better options in the area when you're in town for the tennis tournament and looking for a reasonably priced hotel.

The man at the desk the evening we arrived was very professional and very helpful. Our room however was a disappointment. The air conditioner didn’t work at all so our room was too warm and stuffy. The remote for the tv didn’t work for us until the man from the front desk came and showed us the way it worked. Even he had trouble getting it to work.

Disappointed

I checked in on Sunday. A very friendly elderly gentleman asked me if i would like room service every day or every other day. I said every other day is fine. I was checking out on Thursday so i thought the room would be cleaned on Tuesday. We came back to our room Tuesday afternoon to find it wasnt cleaned. I said something to the front desk. They apologized. I thought it would be cleaned Wednesday. I saw the maid and asked her to clean my room. I told her my room number she repeated it back and said ok. I came back that evening and the room still wasnt clean. At the front desk they said the gentleman that checked me in did not leave a note in their book saying that we wanted room service. I was checking out the next day and never had my room cleaned. Very disappointed

Dissatisfied with Hotel.com's business practices

I would recommend Comfort Inn Northeast. The room was neat and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The manager was accommodating. However, I will not use Hotels.com again to book a hotel. I would suggest that you call the hotel directly to make a reservation.

Business trip

We booked 2 rooms - one for us and one for the Amish family. When we arrived at our room it was totally not ready. No one had begun to clean yet. They gave us a new room immediately. Breakfast was very good - just not a large variety.

Awful experience

The whole hotel was dirty. No cleaning wipes in the exercise room. Ask for some didn't have any. They didn't seem to care. Our tub drain would work, no cold water and im pretty sure i got bed buds

We reserved an accessible room, but were given a regular room. We were asked to share a portable shower chair with another room (I'm not making this up) but even this was not provided. The staff on hand did all they could to help, but management was so bad that it made their job practically impossible.
