The parking lot was small and one night had no room to park because they had a semi was parked sleeping in the lot taking 5 or 6 parking spaces. Also they had no fruit or yogurt at their breakfast. Pretty much not much of a selection to eat

Rooms need fee allergen cleaning and new carpet

Hotel was not what pictures and reviews indicated. Too close to I-40 too much noise. Pillows were terrible. Some allergen in the rooms had impact to our allergies causing asthma issues for both of us. Had to check out early due to impact to health.

Flagstaff Stay

Very convenient location for our agenda. Excellent staff. Good restaurants in the area. Only things we like to see changed is a bigger area for eating. Very crowded when lots of people are here to access the food and coffee. The only thing we could find fault with, not their problem, but essential to some, was the Wifi going down for4 days.

Never ever again

I would not stay at this hotel again. The level of noise from the nearby road, combined with loud hallway activity and doors that slam throughout the night, made it extremely difficult to relax. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low. However, the most frustrating issue was the parking situation. The spaces are extremely narrow, and the lines have not been repainted or properly maintained. There's also very inadequate lighting in many places in this parking lot As a result, there's a high risk of your vehicle getting scratched or dented, which unfortunately happened to mine. And you will see if you turn up at this place what I mean especially if you come back at night after dinner To make matters worse, the hotel does not offer refunds—even if you check in, immediately realize the environment is not conducive to rest, and safe parking and check out without spending the night. I shared my concerns with the night clerk, but he dismissed them and stated they were not valid reasons for issuing a refund. When I asked if the hotel would be responsible for the damage to my car or address maintenance issues in the room (such as the broken towel bar), I was met with indifference and rudeness. I understand that traffic noise is beyond the hotel’s control, but better customer service and even a partial refund would have shown some goodwill. I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
