4th of July Fun!!

We stayed 4th of July weekend as a family of 6! Every single hotel staff we came acoss was friendly and helpful! You cannot beat the family style breakfast every morning! We love the room and the balcony over looking the river. Our favorite part is that we never have to leave the resort, free daily activities for the kods, lots of food options, loads of fun for the kids big and little and even a sweet treat to end the night!!

Nice but Musty

Great Waterparks and staff, but building 2 badly needs renovation, and the rooms need dehumidifiers. Our book got damp and wavy just by being in the room, and the humidity made the rooms smell musty. For some reason, changing bedsheets and room cleaning costs $25 because COVID in 2025. It was a nice stay because of the amenities for the kids, but building 2 definitely needs an overhaul.

Fun for kids, for parents-not much

Not having a microwave and a coffee pot in the room is poor. Having not enough seating and no shade at the outdoor pool area unless you pay for a cabana, and not being able to breathe in the indoor pool because of poor ventilation is awful, as is having only plastic straight back chairs for parents to sit in. Our next visit will be at a more comfortable hotel for parents, free breakfast, and we will visit one or two water parks and still save money over the cost of this hotel.

The staff were very nice the water park was very good inside and out but our room wasn’t what it looked like in the pics it was older and the carpet needed cleaning but on the up side they had a good breakfast😊

Awesome pools and slides. Grandkids loved it. The in room Alexa didn’t work for the three days we were there. Neither did the TV in the kids room.

The best place to stay with kids! Between two outdoor pools and one inside my child was never bored! And they had tons of fun activities throughout the day for kids to participate in! On site restaurants saved the hassle of fighting traffic. Johnathan and Avery were two of the best staff members! They made it so much fun for my daughter and were very interactive with her! Located conveniently in the middle of the parkway with quick access to the Island and other spots in pigeon forge.

Great Place to stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our weekend getaway. The kiddos loved the scavenger hunt, and the indoor and outdoor pool areas and slides. They also had a blast at the dance party! It was so nice to have all the amenities there to keep the kids entertained. We will be back for sure! Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and beds were very comfortable. The food and drinks were amazing. We look forward to coming back soon.

Always tons of fun for kids. Great deals on food and drinks. Just found out they have a rewards program too. Pizza awesome, coffee great, breakfast pretty good too. Never feel like leaving. Super comfy beds. Treasure hunt for kids in room was cool. Only complaint this time was the shower in our room was a little weak on the pressure.

This was our 3rd time staying and we always have a blast!! The rooms are wonderful. Clean, comfortable beds, nice deck. The staff are wonderful. We LOVE the dance parties at night for the kids and all the fun things they do with them like crafts and pool parties and music. The pool areas are kept super clean and the slides were a huge hit with the kids. The new indoor water park is wonderful! Biggest spa tub I’ve seen I think. lol The price is great for everything you get. Granny cluckets Breakfast is delicious! The only inconvenience we had was having to walk all the way back through the lobby to go our room that’s at the other building from the pool. Wish there was a door leading out straight to that building if something was forgotten or to get drinks and snacks.
