The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was really nice but we were disappointed when we got to our room to see there is no couch like you have pictured. The hotel staff stated they weren't responsible for what pictures you have posted.

The whole family loved this place. The breakfast experience was amazing. Very attentive staff greets you with a smile. Right on the boardwalk, great view of the ocean from the balcony and indoor swimming pool. We will definitely be at the Coastal.

Great stay right in the middle of the boardwalk.

Love the room design with 2 king beds separated by the bathroom. The only complaint was a terrible shower head and almost no water pressure. The included breakfast was pretty good and they have a good selection of universal weight machines in the fitness center.

Great place to stay

Our room was located right in the middle of the beach area. Literally walking distance out the back of the hotel. The view from our room was spectacular. Great breakfast options except for no options for people that do not eat pork. The staff were great they even allowed us to check in early. Coffee and cold water available all day in the lobby. The beds were comfortable pillows were a little small but we made it work. Chairs and a table were available on the balcony for great scenery. Bathroom was spacious

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We had two rooms right across from each other, that was a plus you could tell the rooms were newly renovated. You could tell that they put effort into taking care of their property as many times as I have stayed in Virginia Beach this place had the best breakfast. The pool was clean and nice. Had a good time. Thank you.

Can't go wrong with Coastal!

Coastal is one of my go tos for Va Beach. I love the room setup. I do wish there was a door to both king rooms not just one. The rooms need to be updated along with the beds but still a great hotel choice. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is always good and I love the coffee machines!

Last minute booking…

Not really much client oriented like we should expect for that type of pricing per day. Breakfast staff were at the top and always smilling! The gym needs a little bit of love and my daughter enjoyed the small pool inside the hotel.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Our room was ready early and we were able to enjoy a couple more hours of the Boardwalk. Everything was clean and neat. Mostly comfortable too, but hotel beds are hotel beds.

Great place to stay... staff is super friendly and helpful... breakfast every morning is spot on, tasty, fresh and staff goes above & beyond..parking is tight for larger vehicles but plenty of space... rooms are updated, spacious and perfect for families...
